Privacy & your information

Last updated: 12 October 2026. This notice describes the current paused service. A complete customer-review privacy notice will be required before reviews reopen.

Customer reviews are paused. We are not accepting new customer-review submissions, running customer searches or publishing stored reviews while the privacy arrangements are completed.

Who handles your information?

The website uses the trading name ClientClue Inc. The legal operator and data controller behind this trading name have not yet been confirmed. The name is not a statement of verified incorporation or a registered company. Contact the site administrator through the confidential privacy-request form below; you do not need an account. Customer review collection and lookups remain paused until the responsible legal operator is identified.

Information currently held

The earlier review service accepted customer names, contact details and addresses supplied by reviewers, alongside business names, job dates and review text. Those records are not now available to visitors. Withdrawn records and reviews older than 180 days are removed from the active database when the service is accessed; processor backup deletion arrangements still require confirmation.

The privacy-request form collects only your reply email, request type and the information you choose to include. It is used to handle data-protection requests and complaints, not marketing. No identity-document uploads are requested. Processing necessary to comply with applicable data-protection obligations relies on legal obligation; any other use requires its own assessment.

Access, storage and hosting

Privacy requests are stored in the site database and are accessible only through owner-authorised controls. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical connection and security information. The operator still needs to confirm processor contracts, locations, international-transfer safeguards and provider retention periods.

Unresolved requests remain available for the owner to address. Request contents and email are removed from the active database 30 days after the owner marks the request resolved, on subsequent service access. The owner must monitor requests and retention; this form does not send an email notification or complete requests automatically.

Cookies and external services

The application does not add analytics, advertising trackers or a customer-search history. External Google Fonts have been removed. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential security or authentication cookies and technical logs. Their use and retention need to be checked before the full review service restarts.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing, where applicable. You are not required to provide information by contract or statute; a reply email is needed to respond through this form. ClientClue does not currently make automated customer decisions or publish customer scores. The owner should respond without undue delay, normally within one month, subject to applicable legal rules. An identity check may be needed before disclosing or changing another person’s information. You can also complain to the ICO.

We have not approved a lawful basis for restarting customer reviews. There are no advertising or marketing uses of your privacy-request details. See our website terms and review standards.

Make a confidential privacy request

Include a review reference if you have one, and only the minimum details needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, identification documents, medical information or details about other people.
