Website terms

Effective 12 October 2026. Website trading name: ClientClue Inc. Legal operator: not yet confirmed. This trading name does not establish a separate registered company or verify incorporation. Contact: confidential enquiry form.

Current service

The site currently provides information about ClientClue and a privacy-request route. Customer reviews, submission and customer search are paused. The review service is not offered as an operational vetting, credit-scoring or risk-assessment product at this time.

Using the website

Do not misuse the site, impersonate another person, probe or bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, harvest personal information or use the service to harass anyone. Privacy enquiries must be genuine and should contain only relevant information.

Customer information and future reviews

A trading name, privacy policy or reviewer confirmation does not establish permission to publish someone else’s details. Do not submit customer reviews or customer information while that service is paused. Any future review service will need additional terms, a lawful data-processing model, customer transparency, verification and moderation.

Availability and accuracy

We may suspend or change the website to maintain security, address complaints or meet legal duties. The site does not guarantee availability or the truth of third-party statements. It is not a substitute for your own checks or professional advice.

Rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes legal responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable data-protection rights. These terms do not waive a customer’s right to complain or bring a claim. They do not protect unlawful processing or defamatory publication.

Complaints and disputes

Raise a concern using the request form. We aim to resolve concerns fairly. Applicable mandatory rights, including jurisdiction rights that apply to consumers, remain unaffected. The ICO is the relevant UK data-protection regulator.
